I’m a Codependency and Relationship Coach based in New York.

Alongside my own growth journey, I am completing a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy. I draw from the work of Lindsay Gibson, Marshall Rosenberg, and Murray Bowen, and from a deep trust in our human capacity to change.

I grew up in Portugal, spent years in Paris, and have recently fallen in love with Peru. My daughter is half-Peruvian, and ours is a Spanglish home. I’m happy to work with you in English, Portuguese, or Spanish and always enjoy the chance to practice French.
